Warranty Protects Against: LCD screens, and Digitizers for Cellphones and Tablets

Screen/LCD, that malfunction, do not work properly, or do not fully satisfy the customer due to improper install. It does NOT cover from customer cracking or water damaging the device. The first 6 Month’s is Parts and Labor, after the 6 Month’s it is Part’s only, customer will have to pay Labor.

 Batteries & Charge Port Warranty

Charge ports will only have a 14 day return policy do to customer use or abuse.
All Batteries will have a 12 Month Warranty, Parts & Labor first 30 days, after 30 days customer will pay for labor only.

Warranty Does NOT Protect Against

Accidental or purposeful drops after iSmartDoctor™ repairs the device.
Water damage, both before and after iSmartDoctor™ repairs the device.
Tampering with internal hardware after iSmartDoctor™ repairs the device.
Damage resulting from attempted customer repair after iSmartDoctor™ repairs the device.
Unlocked or jail broken devices before and after iSmartDoctor™ repairs the device.

 Warranty Policy in General

ISmartDoctor™ policy is to honor all warranty claims within the warranty period.
Claims will not be accepted on products that are defective due to customer abuse/neglect, improper use or used in an application for which the product was not intended for.
All warranty claims will require product inspection and analysis prior to warranty replacement or credit.
Warranty coverage does require customer to provide proper proof of purchase, and original receipts, and applies to the original purchaser as well. All warranties are not transferable!
All terms and conditions of warranty policies will vary by product and type. Any modification of these policies, if applicable, will be posted. Posting will include on this sheet, or on our web site, or here in the shop itself.
All repair jobs are non-refundable once job is completed, $30.00 bench fee is non-refundable, period!

Any special order on part or parts are not refundable!

There will be a 20% re-stock fee if returned out of package with original receipt un-used.

Do It Yourself Kits Warranty

All of iSmartDoctor™ DIY Repair Kits carry a warranty only on the new screen/LCD or until the customer removes product protective films, holographic stickers, and/or adhesive and begins the do it yourself repair. Because you, the customer, are performing the repair yourself rather than having a professionally trained repair person perform the repair on your device, you agree to accept all risk and liability when performing the repair and assume all responsibility in the event that your repair is unsuccessful.

If the customer's DIY repair is unsuccessful and the customer is at fault, there will be no refund or reimbursement.

If the customer's DIY repair is unsuccessful and an official iSmartDoctor™ customer service representative has determined iSmartDoctor™ is at fault, iSmartDoctor™ will provide the customer with the option to either reattempt the repair themselves again with a new part free of charge, or request iSmartDoctor™ to perform the repair. Customer will be charged $45 for labor.

In each case, the warranty claim request must be initiated by the original purchaser of the product from iSmartDoctor™, and to provide proof of purchase.

Do It Yourself Kits Refund Policy:

All of the offered DIY Repair Kits are non-refundable, unless the product is unopened, unused and all parts and proprietary materials are in perfect condition. In the event that a customer wishes to return an unused DIY Repair Kit, iSmartDoctor™ will refund the customer the current product price, minus a 15% restocking fee, once the DIY Kit is received and inspected by an iSmartDoctor™ employee.
This Refund policy applies only to purchases directly from iSmartDoctor™. If an iSmartDoctor™ DIY Repair Kit is purchased from a third-party reseller (not from this website), please contact the Vendor to request a refund.
